Head Stuck

Hello Guy's
My problem is that my head won't come off and all the bolts are out and have tapped with my hammer but it still won't budg.?
Any idea's?

At first i thought you got Your head stuck somewhere in the e36

Put the spark plugs in and turn the engine over on the starter, it will pop off.
