head lights

i was driving my bimmer and the headlights were pointing downwards
i had to put on the highbeams and foglamps to see the road
and i was wondering how to adjust the lights to face back up ?

yes they are stock
i havent looked at the bulbs but ill take a look in the morning

they have a lever on the top of the harness... you can play with it to set them..
