Head gasket kits?

I got 97 328i runs good but saw some water in the filler cap don't if its just moisture or what but just in case does anybody recommend certain brand of gaskets I've always used mr.gaskets and is there a whole kit for head,manifold,ect. So I'm not running back and forth to auto store getting diffenent gaskets for everything. And is it like anyother car pretty simple to do or no since its a import
