handling issues, possibly tires?

Im new to the forum and just picked up a stock 96' 328is 2door manual. When im going into a tight turn, the nose of the car loses grip far before the rear end feels like its loosing grip. I was wondering if this is a lack of suspension ability or just crap tires. If tires, what would a good choice be? Any suspension mod advice is appriciated.

i have that same problem right now.
im just waiting for the tires to wear out before changing them

I've got Dunlop SP2000's on my stock e46 with stock 16-inch rims. I've had them since January and I've done like 4K miles in them. They're pretty good.

I was looking at bfg geforce sports just for seomthing that will preform over all and last
