| H&R STG 1 OE Sport
lowers about 1" front and rear. Gives you a slightly sportier ride. Next to stock spring rates.
H&R STG 2 Sport
The most popular, lowers 1.5" front and 1.0" rear. More stiff, but still progressive springs. Geared more towards performance, still acceptable for street.
H&R STG 3 Race
For track use, but still streetable. May have camber issues and excessive tire wear without the use of camber adjustment plates. Much stiffer spring rates, still tolerable on the street for some people who don't care about ride quality. Lowers 2.0 front and 1.7 rear.
H&R STG 3.5/4 - cup kits and coilovers, no experience with any of these. However, the cup kit lowers the car A LOT!
Hope that helped.
