I hear that having the sport springs will cause you to feel just about every bump you hit.. Can someone tell me how bad it is on a 1995 325i(140k miles)?

I wouldn't expect them to be. Most say they are of the softest lowering springs you can find...

its really the dampers that make you feel the bumps and roughness in the road, which you should also replace if you plan on lowering the car

I have H&R's on my '92 and the ride has been great. Just recently my ride has been rough, but I know its not the springs that are causing the problem. Still in the process of solving my rough ride problem though ghead
