Adjustable suspension?

used
I have the GC shifter reinforcement installed in my car. Basically it's just 2 peices of aluminum that clamp onto the bottom of the shift lever. When you move the shifter around it hits against the rubber boot surrounding the shift lever (not knob, lever). It eliminates the play around the shifter and helps to center the lever in neutral position as well. It somewhat helps the shifters play when in gear. However, I find what it mostly did was make the shifts tighter. If gives you the feeling of having less play.
It's cheap, that's why I got it. It's a little frustrating to install though, once you get the rubber ring around the bottom of the lever, you have to make sure the aluminum peices catch the rubber ring properly.
