Green Filters

I noticed that ECIS CAIs add quite a bit of RWHP. I was wondering if I got their CAI with a green filter which adds 5 or 6 more HP if it will actually make a difference when combining the two

no, the ECIS filter is comprable to the green filters..I actually ordered a green filter for the stock box and am going to alter the shit out of it.. it shall be a fun project indeed

What will you do to ther green filter? Is this better than an K&N?

supposedly better than a K&N..i'll tell ya when I get it in (hopefully today).. But to answer the first part im not altering the filter itself, just altering the stock air box. Rigging up a heat shield to block the hot air being blown by the fan and maybe figuring a way to flow cooler air to the box.. we'll see what I come up with

Sounds like your looking for a good performance filter... check this company out... its all I will ever use for any of my cars...
