Hey everyone, I am looking at a nice prospective car right now. It has 100,000 miles, looks clean and everything and is in my price range. The only thing is, is that it is green. There is only one pic of it up, so I was wondering if any of you could post pics of your green E36's to see if it looks ok to me.
Thanks!

I agree. BMW seem to had a few dodgy colours but they seem to pull it off with their cars. Once theres a nice set of wheels on there and its lowered it'll look better straight away (if your buying it to mod) then the skirts, bumper and you'll have something like this....
If you are the least bit hesitant about the color, take your time and get a color that makes you say "I LOVE THE COLOR." Even with the green, a new set of rims and other upgrades would make it stand out.
That green does look nice, and I agree that I could make it look good, but I also agree with Fadec. When I imagine my "perfect" BMW, the color that comes to mind is usually black or red.

Neither did mine when I picked it up... providing the paintwork is clean, ie; no rust spots, scrapes or laquer peel, a good few hours worth of elbow grease will have it shining like a new penny. B)
Yes, I know all that is important, but I've been saving for about 3 years to buy a car, and I don't want to be disappointed by the color. I guess I could always get it repainted if it comes to that, how much does a good paint job cost?
