Got Rear-ended Last Week

Last week I was rear ended pretty hard. Some kid on a cell phone tagged me goin about 20mph. Remarkably my damage looks slight. When I got out of my car I was expecting to see alot more in the way of damage. His car- a 1990 Honda Accord was all smashed up. It's really amazing to see how much of tank these cars are. Granted my rear bumper is misplaced and the trunk is slightly shifted I expected to see alot more from the impact I took. Whats the deal now? I call his insurance co and they pay? The damage looks slight but I figure it will cost alot

Seriously, you absolutely should call the guy's insurance company. You never know what actual damage occured at that speed. Could have damaged your rear-end, your wheel bearings, your frame could be out of alignment (big bucks), etc.
