Smile Got my first BMW

I just got my first BMW. It is a 98 323 s coupe. It needs work, but I am hoping to have a good daily driver when done.

Couple questions:
1. I need front end parts. Are the fenders/bumpers/etc the same for the 4door and the convertible?

2. The top of the radiator support is bolted in. I cant see the bottom. Is that bolted in too, or welded in?

Looking forward to being a part of the BMW community

Welcome to the Werkz.

Have a look at the part on this web site. Book mark it because it's a useful resource.

Coupe and sedan body parts are not interchangeable. Even mirrors and lights.

Welcome to Bimmerwerkz mate...
The rad will never be welded-in !! Remove the upper bolts then it should draw out off lower lugs, if it doesn't then there maybe a further two lower bolts !

great car to start with, but coupe and sedan parts like lights, fenders, mirrors, rear seats aren't interchangeable. but convertible parts are.
