Is this a good Strut Bar ?

I got the front and matching rear bar on Ebay awhile back for $200 bucks for both.
So far they are a big improvement. I have not been able to locate these on the web as to thier origin and original cost. I would stack these up against Dinan and the Rest of the best for fit and finish.

Like I said, I lucked out and paid $200 for them on Ebay . the rear is as sweet as the front bar.
I'm trying to find out who sold them and or the original price.

Is that plastic on the ends where it mounts?? It's hard to tell, but yeah looks nice.

No they are all CNC Machined pieces and then it looks like they are anodized black.

Are you saying they're a big improvement in your handling or looks? Can you actually feel a difference or do you think it's more in your head? I'm not trying to be a smart ass, I'm serious. I like the look of stressbars, I've just always heard they don't really do anything except under the most extreme cornering.

I have messed with all types of suspensions from old musle cars , bike and mini trucks and now BMW's.
Yes there is a noticeable stiffness to the chassis. As soon as I backed out of the driveway at an angle ( Big drop onto the road ) I could tell the chassis didn't flex as much.
When going into a turn the car does not tend to oversteer. Before there was a slight hesitation then it would dig in and turn. Now it's much more reactive to steering inputs.

I have an 99 328is with the sport package.

I plan on putting all new drilled brembo brakes and stainless lines soon.
I'm also updating the whole suspension to Bilstein Pss9 coilovers, with Sway Barvarian sway bars front and rear. It should be ready for a track day or two real soon.( I will probably put the rear subframe plates in too)

I just ordered an M3 Front bumber/spoiler with splitter from Turner Motorsports today. It already came with a stock M3 rear spoiler.
