I've found a BMW 1994 318is for $6,000.. It has 74,000 miles on it. Seems like a good deal, 5 speed w/ leather.. Going to look at it tommorrow, good deal eh guys?
thats very low milage. i'd pay 6K for it. i'm looking for a 325is tho, i want the power so i'm prob gunna end up paying another 1000 for a higher milage car.

If your looking for a 325, then you might as well add the 328 to your list as well....
Only 1 or 2 more ponies, but that extra 25lb of torque makes the 328 a totally different animal.
To do list:
Suspension--- researching
UUC System U TDM- 3/05
M50 manifold converstion 3/05
off to the tuning shop for custom software 4/05
Cams/lightened flywheel, throttlebody........ well lets see what happens
if i were u and i was getting an older car, try to get a 325, or anything with a straight six.. dunno, personally i wouldnt pay that much, people here, where i live sell 325 just about the same year for 4500-5K.. but u know, different areas diff prices i guess
Sorry, but if you want us to say if its a good deal or not, we need to know where you live, and how much similar 325is's sell for in your area. Spouting off how much others would pay is pretty useless unless they live in the same market, and know the going rate...
Since I don't know where you live, I'll just suggest checking the local prices for similar rides on your favorite newpapers, or online car listing sites. Remember that the prices you see are the initial asking prices; not the final selling price!
Good Luck, and let us know what you end up doing...
