im putting in a CAI (just have the filter for now, but im going to get the tubing and of course you need a heat shield. do you think this will work?

i think it could and i could get the tube to fit the heat shield since ill be getting it done at a muffler or exhaust shop. i also have ellipsoids so there is less room behind the head lights, will this still fit? id like to buy one cause from what i hear a heat shield is a bitch and a half to make. any input would be great.
