I recently found a 1997 BMW 328is with only 45,000 miles. It is black with tan leather interior, woodgrain dash, cd player, sunroof, rear window defroster, tinted windows, and power everything. It has the M3 front bumper and side skirts, clear corner lenses, and new 17" BMW rims with new tires. The only downfall I can think of is that it's an automatic . But I could live with that for the price. The owner only wants $10,800 for it. The retail value is around 14,500 on KBB.com. I am looking at this for my first car. I want a nice, sporty car that I can do modifications to...and I think that this is the way to go. Let me know what you guys think.

sounds way to good to be true.....but if everything is legit...grab it in a hurry....that price is l33t....my car is automatic also....if u want that stick feel....look into a performance chip....that will get ur shifting points similar to that of a manual tranny
see if you can take it to a mechanic (that does bimmers) and have them do a quick 40 point inspection. it might help diagnose some problems that you might see down the road. that's what i did. good idea.
I'm still waiting for the guy to send me some more pictures. He sent me 3 about 2 weeks ago. 2 of the front of the car (almost identical) and 1 interior shot. I email him for more pictures the day after. He hasn't replied yet. Do you guys think he's hiding something?

I thought I included enough detail in the first entry. What do you mean by "detail"? The car isn't local, so I can't just go look at it. I have to rely on picutres (and email but he isn't replying).

Email me at NcRamsRock@aol.com for more pics (the 3 i have at least). I can't figure out how to get pictures that aren't online, into the forum.

this is the way it is on a mac,
when replying or adding text. right above the add reply button there is a button to browse for a pic. use that to find the pic on your hard drive. make sure that you name the pic with a .jpeg afterwards (if it is a jpeg) that should help i hope.
luck
its an auto...later on down the road the money you saved on this car will be spent doing a manual tranny swap
