| Its kid of a problem with the latch. I had this happen as well. I got a pair of needle nose plyers and pulled at the latch in the dash, kinda worked at it for a bit. If you see that it is caught or something, pull it out. It may need some wd-40 so it can move freely again. Its more or less playing around with it until you get it to work. Look for something that may be out of place.
