Ok firstly i thought it was going to be the pan gasket. I was wrong
Secondly I thought it was going to be the torque seal. I was wrong

I have located the leak, it seems to be comming from the engine side of the bellhousing about half way up. I am not sure what it can be.

Someone had a site before, with prices for changing this auto to a manual. If anyone has that site i would be most appreciate if they could post it.

My questions are
a) what is the leak likely to be
B) how hard is it to remove the transmission
c) i know costly but any gestimates
d) someone that has changed from auto -> manual and what the outcome was like

And i am not going to sell this car, so please no post saying sell the car and buy a manual. This car is my baby and another bimmer just wont be the same, i think some people can understand.

Also i am looking at Buying an interior trim kit. I have seen some on ebay, anyone have any site or thoughts on these, i like the look of the brushed alu but it doesnt look so good on the console.

Thanks Michael
