ok the problem was the new faces didnt lay flat causing the needles to stick, i superglued the faces under each circle base of the needle to the old faces so they would lay flat, also there is such thing as odometer bulb i switched my odometer and inpspection bulbs so now i got an odometer and no silly inspection crap this problem really bothered me

Which problem really bothered you? that you caused the issue with your installation of the gauge faces in such a way as to cause the needles not to move? or that you now have a an odometer that lights but no inspection light? Why not just get a new bulb and replace the bad one? better yet, since you had the cluster out and are now an expert at install and removal, just replace all the bulbs.. they are probably not more than like 2 bucks a piece and then you wont have to pull your cluster again....

I am just asking becuase you have like a whole bunch of different posts under different topics, saying that no one can help you .... hell I was even confused for moment as to whether I had responded to the right post before i realized they were all your posts..LOL

oh and by the way if you hadn't confused me so much with all of your multiple posts I would have been happy to send you the diagram illustrating the bulb for you odometer, and tell you that the part numbers were as follows:

03 BULB 12V 3W 3 07119978372
03 BULB 12V 1,5W 2 62111391260
03 BULB 12V 1,2W ? 62131383311

depending on the bulb. also, i dont know which bulb is in there but clearly if you want your odometer brighter, and it is one of the lesser wattage bulbs you can just get the applicable part number and voila brighter odometer.

nycbmw you suck i fixed it myself it was nothing more than my faces not laying flat and i figured what i need a$$hole and im going to get a bulb it just had to make due until i can drive an hour out of my way to the nearest bmw dealership your suppose to be on this forum to help people and share your knowledge but its cool i found out everything on my own
