Gas Peddle Firmness?!?!?!?!

Well i learned how to drive manual on an american car a few years ago, the gas peddle was very soft, my new car the gas peddle is very firm, my dad said it's because it's a german car, i really don't like having to apply different amount of force for each leg, i still don't have 1st gear as smooth as i want it, is there anyway to soften it up, if so that would really help, if not i'll get used to it

You can't soften up a pedal as far as I know.

It's stiff because you have power behidn it. If you learned on sum shit like a dodge neon i bet you had to floor it to feel any pull. It is good that it is stiff cuz u can tell that a small push and you will feel the torque.

Just drive a lot... you will get use to it man.. trust me..

i trust you les don't worry, but i still think my fogs are h1, and not 9006 even though chilton says they are, damn you chilton lol, i couldn't get my hand to take them out when i tried, but they look like h1 and autozone says they're h1
