| there is definitely a faulty grounding somewhere, causing an amperage higher than the fuse can handle. Have you noticed exactly when the fuse would blow? Or is it just something that you would walk outside to? An easy fix to this, which may not be the best idea however, is to use a slightly higher amperage fuse. That would work for awhile, but only suggested until you can search around for a problematic wire. Start by checking out all the bulbs and connections to the light fixtures.
