Fuse Box Question

Does anybody know what fuses #11, 12, 15 and 18 are for. i tested them and they arent working. if anybody has a diagram or just knows what they are for that would be awesome. thanks

they should be working...

11 = headlight/foglight & OBC
12 = headlight/foglight & OBC
15 = headlight/foglight
18 = engine control system

thanks for the help man, i got the fuses figured out. the only problem i have now is the radio doesnt turn on. all the wires work i think but i think its the actual radio itself. not to sure yet tho. if u got any ideas on what that might be, id appriciate it alot. thanks again bro
