Fuel Pump Or Relay?

My car will not start. It is definitly not getting gas to the engine and the fule pump is not making any noise. How do i tell if the problem is in the pump or in the relay?

I just changed the o2 sensor.. could that have anything to do with it?
the ignition was left on until the battery went dead (stupid i know, but it happend )

get a fuel pump pressure tester... that will show you if you have pressure or not even if your relay went bad.

If you do not hear the fuel pump buzzing I would suspect that, however you could disconnect fuel line at the filter, put line in a container and have someone turn on ignition and see if she pushes any fuel. Be careful and quick if you do this.

With a voltmeter test to see if you have 12 volts at the fuel pump. If yes your fuel pump is bad, if no your relay is bad.
