Fuel Pressure Regulator--Where located?

I have a 1995 325IS( built in 03/95) and can't locate the fuel pressure regulator. It is not on the fuel rail as indicated in the Haynes manual. Where is it located?

Thanks. I located the FPR and disconnected the vacuum line and oil came out of the line. I assume this is not normal. What would cause this?

I replaced the fuel pressure regulator and vacuum line and it fixed the problem. The car no longer hesitates and is much more responsive.
