Fuel Filter change for m42

hey whats up
i need to change my fuel filter and i have already checked the FAQ but didnt find anything for my situation.
my fuel filter is located under the car on the drivers side. seems very simple but any recomendations or pointers before i start ?

I'f it's under the drivers side thats where mine is which it should be similar so you could probably do it by following the FAQ. The only thing I could imagine would be different would be the size and shape of the fuel filter, mine is really long but i've seen some short, fat..all differnt types. The only real pointer I can give you is to whipe up the spilled gas cause if your laying under the car it will burn the shit out of your back if you lay in it too long, damn that hurt.

long damn filter.. anyways after removing the clips that connects the hoses to the filter how is the filter removed from the car?
