front spoiler

i bought a new front spoiler for my 1993 bmw 325i and i was wondering is it easier to get it painted before or before i install it and around how much it would cost?

the paint would match better if it was installed before and the entire bumper was repainted, but otherwise it would be easier and cheaper to paint prior to installation. $100 US should cover it nicely.

get it painted first. so that they done miss a spot, sometimes they paint the spoiler without removing it from the car and it can leave a a bit of bumper unpainted (which will be hidden, but thats not the point).

but to go with add to what elpresidente said, take the whole car so at least they can match the paint.

give them your gasoline cap if your not planning on driving your car around for a day or 2
