take off your license plate and you are done... that is how some do it... i think it is bavauto that sells a thing that reaplaces the location of the license plate and says bmw or something like that...

I've done it, there is piece that you can buy on bavauto.com...
part number: 51111977306 Its called a "Front bumper license plate replacement strip"
For like $10.00 its hella worth it cause i drove around with my plate off for a while and it looks bad, so... Its cool cause if you ever want to put you front plate on again, you just take this peice out and put the other one on.

It pops out. You gotta screw out the liscense plate screws and I think there is another screw behind the plate base then slowly pry it off. Bav Auto sells the plastic strip that replaces the plate holder for like $20.
BTW...everything always sound easier than it is when it comes to E36 cars. you'll probably spend a few hours trying to pry that thing off.

only get pulled over if the cop is a dick.. cops are looking to give moving violations... not stupid cosmetic tickets... unless u got some kind of crazy SHIT!!!...unless your speeding, and they give u that ticket instead... which would be a lot better... anyways, gl!
