I changed the Pads with OEM ones but that did not solve the problem.
Then Changed the Disks with aftermarket ones, and still that noisy sound comes out when the brakes heat up.
Could they be fixed the wrong way or something? because a non-experiened mechanic did them
NO.Because I have some old ones. Is it okay to use them now
I don't understand what you're saying here, the squealing noise is most likely the pads, were the oem ones you used brand new?, if they were, they shouldn't be making any noise, if you put on old ones, then there's your problem, make sure to properly bed in the pads as well
I put on some pbr pads, I didn't use any anti-squeal compound and I haven't heard a peep out of them for 2 years *knock on wood*

I used brand new ones. the shop told me there are oem and I found the bmw group silver sticker on them. But the disks are not OEM. Could that be the problem?
Shahab, what's pbr pads?
Also How can I make sure the pads are bed in correctly?
