Frictionless Tape

What is the 3M tape everyone talks about that goes on the door frame to make your doors silent? People were talking about it being sticky on one side and the other side slides across the weatherstripping so it doesn't make any noise and there is no need to lubricate. What is this product again?

If its blue then its painters tape but I dont know anything else about that weatherstrip fix though. Sorry just trying to help.

I know exactly what your talking about.. but I dont have a clue what its called... try going to lowes.com or some other home fix web site... they might be able to have a selection... or email 3M... google.com it... there are many ways to find this out... search around...

I found it guys, for everyone that wants to know. This should be a sticky. It's made by 3M. The part number by 3M "5425". It's transparent and the description is exactly what everyone here is looking for. You can buy it at its cheapest from this website. http://www.hillas.com/Froogle.asp?Item=3910
