yeah i rarely use mine also, but it would make sense for the sedans to have fold down seats as well for the sake of carring large things in the trunk, ah well, just one of those things.
you gotta cut the trunk part and weld some mounts for the seats. i had an unholstery shop quote me like $120 to do it but i ended up doing it myself. pretty difficuly i suggest you take it to a shop.
yea and you need all parts from the donor car ie mounts hinges etc

I ran across the same problem a long time ago (mine don't fold down... unless I there's a special trick I don't know?) and gave up... Instead of cutting it all up (I'm a fan of keeping it as original as possible for when it's time to sell it), I'd suggest putting it behind your seat instead... if it's small enough... and if you're like me with so much crap in your back seat people can't sit back their anyway
i want to do the same, also for sub+box purposes. the eurospec(i assume) 4door models can do it, to stick in ski's and stuff.
