I have a 318i with an m3 body kit. The front spoiler came with fog lights which are yet to be hooked up. Even though its illegal in Australia to have them hooked to your parking lights, i still want it done. Wat is the best approach towards doing this?

u can run either wires from your fog lights up to your corner lights... then splice them into the parking lights...

or u can run the wires into your car.. and hve a switch on your dash!

Hi, If you going to be running those with 55 watt bulbs,, do not just splice them into the side light circuit Just run them as if they are switched as normal using a standard relay circuit, but use the sidelight feed to switch the relay. Then when you turn your sidelights on your fogd will come on but have thier own power feed and will not put any undue load on the sidelight circuit.

Best regards David
