Fog lights????

Hey everyone, I was on a cruise with some of my friends in their bimmers as well. When I stop, I realize one of the fog lights is out on my 1998 bmw e36 328is. So I turn off the car, and change the light bulb of the fog light that is not working. Then I turn on the fog light switch on the car and then both are not on. So i check the fuses and they are all fine. I even use my friend's fog light and his does not work either, but it works on his car. What could the problem be? Any help is appreciated.

Check the wiring connection points for looseness & corrosion, the round terminal is the ground & the flat one is 12v power. There is also a 2 prong connector right before the fog light assembly, leading into the fog light. Check & clean there too!
