Fog Light Help

I just ordered new h1 bulbs for my foglights, i tried last night to remove the fog lights but was having a hard time , i looked at the manual and all it says is to pop it out from the side with a screw driver and it should slide out. i tried but one corner would get stuck, as if it were welded on, the car is a 92 and im not sure if the fog lights were EVER replace or moved by previous owners!! im geting anxious to try out these 8500k hid bulbs from eurodezigns. any ideas!! thanks...

If they're OE light you push a screwdriver in the top hole at the inside of the light and at a slight angle toward the light this releases the catch then pull the light inwards it's hooked in on the outside

try doing a search there are a few topics on how to remove the fog lights,

IMO , if you are using that screwdriver you have to make sure your actually trying to dissengage the proper tab, give it a jolt to see if it moves ......if it does, than give a bit more , the foglight pops out from the inside out. if you are still having trouble maybe get under the car an make sure that its not secured another way, some people have had their foglights stolen and try to secure them so they cant be taken again.

yeah i jacked up the car and it was screwed in from the inside, so thanks. btw, is there a big difference between the euro clear fog lights and regular stock fog lights? just wondering what will improve my lighting in the short run. and if the euro fogs are better than i'll get those along with euro style clear corners, if not then i'll get regular clears.

what makes the high beam a high beam, is it the bulb type or the angle of the light itself, what if i put a 9005 bulb instead of a 9006 bulb in my low beams, would that make the lighting better or worse or nothing at all. just out of curiousity...
