If you look at the foglight from the front, on the inner right side there are two cut-outs. Take a philips (flat) screwdriver from the kit in the trunk, and insert it into the upper cutout almost all the way, then push forward, away from you. The right corner should pop out. Be gentle, as you may break the mechanism, if you push too hard.

I am back from a week long trip to Washington D.C.! I am glad to be home! I have a question about fog lights too...My wires for mine have been hacked and rewired all different...Can I tap them off of my low beams or will this not draw enough amperage without a relay???Thanks!

mine are wired that way too, except they are off the highbeams. I also dont have an on/off button, but i still have the spot where one was and the on/off symbol.
