after i upgraded my headlights with the umnitza depo xenons mine do that too. dunno if its supposed to be like that or not but i'm not complaining.

hmm, i never upgraded/changed anything and mine work all at once! what year cars have this glitch, or is it some sort of a weird safety feature?

mine is a 98 328i but i have several electrical issues with my car so maybe this is a screw up that turns out to be better than it is when its not broken.

all cars that i know of, it's not a glitch, it might be just a us spec thing

yay, first time i've ever been so glad to own a non-us spec car. why would they do that anyway, whats wrong with having high beams and fog lights? maybe too much power usage?

you don't want to use high beams in fog, maybe they think that someone would turn on the high beams and not be able to see and crash, that's actually funny

lol suppose that makes sense. but i think the use of fogs is more for aesthetics then actual function. so if your fogs are on and you push your high beams leaver the high beams just don't come on? or do the fogs automatically turn off?

Another advantage for u over the us spec cars is that you can operate the windows while the car is switched off.

are you serious???? i always thought that was a defect in my car!! i can do it without the key in the ignition. There is a wire in my fusebox that goes from the lighter fuse to the windows fuse, and the windows do not work if i remove that wire.
