Angry Flooding after head replacement

I just replaced the head on my 318Ti. Started up (high Idle). Next day Idle was irratic and then floded out. Flooding in #2-4 cylinders and black plug on #1.

Found the culprit

Intake cam broke between 1st and 2nd lobe on #1 bent the valves in #4 time to do it again!
