Filters

Hey
I had a few questions about filters and was wondering where to get them and which ones to get.
1- MicroFilter ?
2- Oil Filter ?
are the stock ones the best ? if so , where to get it from (autozone?), if not, which ones to get ?

Air Filter: green air filter is good right ? Although someone told me if I have no engine mods the stock one would be better. suggestions ?

Yes oem is best. IF you want a Green air filter go for it. It won't hurt but help, regardless of mods or lack thereof

What about K&N? I see a lot of K&N notes in this forum and was planning on getting one. My car is a 93 and has no mods. Should I be using a Green instead?

K&N uses an oil based filter, if it gets wet, the oil comes off, significantly reducing it's filtering abilities. You have to recharge the filters occasionally, bla bla. I'd stick with paper.

I agree with OEM filters. They are maybe a little bit more expensive but the quality is proved.

"green" filter has to be oiled also.

If you don't want it for some extra HP I say yes, otherwise go for K&N or something.
