Fan blower is stuck, how do I fix this?

When I turn the fan it sounds like there's something blocking the air from comming in. There's very little air comming through the vents. However, when I turn on the AC and have the air recirculated the air blows full blast. It would seem that when the fan draws air from the outside it gets stuck, possibly a flap? How do I fix this? Microfilter has already been removed.

See if you can access the little inlet at the base of the windsheld from under the hood. Perhaps something fell in there and is blocking the fresh air flow in. All I know is that my "vent" air is warm as all hell unless it's like 60 degrees outside even with the little dial turned to the blue mark.

I'll check that thanks. I doubt it's the problem though. It sounds like there's a flap stuck somewhere under the dash.

Isn't there a flap in that inlet? That's the only one I can think of, mostly because it will be fairly simple to get at, everything else seems like a bitch. If I come across a diagram I'll post it up.

P.S. You still got that dinan book with the dyno graphs....
