Fan/ac/heat Noise

Whasup fellow bimmer buds,
I was wondering if anyone else encounters the noise that sounds like a vent SLAMMING itself closed or open about 8 seconds after I turn on my fan/heater/or ac. its a lot more noticeable at really low speeds (5-35 mph). Is this healthy for my car? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

thats a hard to understand. but if i understand correctly............. (which i dont) i dont think so, my car does do that. and ive not really come across any other threads similar. does it affect anything? or is it just a noise?>

Mine did that when I shut it off...that vent closing noise about 10 seconds after I turned off the heat/AC...and it only blew on high no matter what setting...I replaced the final stage unit...all good..

sup check if your ac actually works because mine doesnt because the previous owner tried to retro fit an R134A system which is better from what i am told because it is a newer system but he did not do it properly... so now i am looking for a new ac compressor or pretty much the whole system but the ac compressor seems to be the only thing with a problem..i think my problem is very similar to yours because my car also makes rattly noise at start up and low rpms mostly
