How you doing...i took a retest and i failed the damn test again..i changed the plugs, oil, cleaned throttle body, and cleaned the air filter..im thinking its the cats and O2 sensors...Are there any other options besides the cats??..Any help will be appreciated...

You can't just start replacing parts, first you have to see if you have any codes and go from there.
See thats the thing...im not getting any codes..just two emissions reports saying i failed the LOW SPEED EMISSIONS test...and im kinda grasping at straws..know what i mean..
