Exhaust, Rims, Brakes, Suspension, CAI's?!?!

If you have any good prices/brands for the following:
CAI (preferably a cheap one...dont care about performance that much)

Exhaust (catback but a nice price and sound)

Rims (some cool sport 5 spoke or something cool looking)

Brake kits (performance brake rotors/pads worth doing? i just got my brakes ENTIRELY redone, but I'm looking into new brakes)

Suspension: rear/front shock tower braces, x braces, etc? what to get???

Have a 3 inch pipe bent at the local muffler shop and put a K&N filter on it. Go to www.edgemotorworks.com and buy their catback. Get whatever you want for suspension. Leave your breaks the way they are.

BavAuto sells BMW emblems that you can pop in the rims [3.95]..looks really sexy. If you go for the emblem, it's a 68mm size.

thx guys, i think ill go for the edge catback...
as for CAI
i can get a prebent tube and filter for $40... so i'll go for that
then for rims i am still confused...also tires (i forgot)
how bout cheapy cheaps from discount tire or something like that (rims that is) i'd get good tires?

Get some replicas from AAArims. And make sure you tell me how that exaust sounds cause that's what it looks like is happening when I need an exaust.
