i think the most gains would come from the most expensive, if price is a factor or sorry price isnt a factor , look into active autowerks and also look into supersprint.

If you want a true performance exhaust... go with an AA track pipe... and a performance exhaust... I have the borla exhaust...

But remember... exhaust doesnt just exist behind the cat... it exists from the headers on....

yeah magnaflow sounds awesome. i had a 84 318i, 5speed, and i put one on. and although it was a four cylinder, it never sounded like a damn pocket rocket or ricer. right now i have just a M3 exhaust on my 325is, because i like the stock look and sound. its just all depends on what you want to spend. if i was going to get an aftermarket exhaust system, i'd most likely go with Remus or UUC.

if u want an exhaust that isnt sooo load but that is heard when u rip your car get the AA Exhaust...i have it on my 95 325i and i love it!
