who makes a good exhaust system less than $500??? i want something thats deep and will make peoples head turns, but not loud enough to attract the cops. help!
what is the dimension of a stock exhaust, like the pipe back, so if i wanted to build one myself, how big is the pipe comming from the cat back...is stock 2.25? or smaller?
you know guys i messure the size of the down pipe of my 325is and one was bigger that the other one; one was 1.75 the other was 2.0 but the catback I belive is bigger. I'll go home today and messure the down pipe again and also the were the catback and the midpipe meets.
Just pick up someones m3 exhaust, take the muffler, go nuts with a plasma and cut it open, cut out most everything inside then spend 2 hours welding the friggin thing back together bolt it on and it sounds pretty damn good.
