Turner sells a chip that eliminates EWS. What kind of problem with the EWS are you having?

its fried juice goes in one end from the ign. switch and wont come out the other to go to the starter... i really dont feel like towing it to the dealer once i get a new EWS. so i figure i would bypass it. wouldnt mind buying a chip because i have thought about buying one already but wouldnt i still need a new EWS unit?

HI, I Want to put a start switch on my car, its a 1997 328i, ews II, i have the factory installed alarm with the 2 button fob, i wonder??? is there a way to bypass the ews so when i deactivate my alarm that i can start the car with just the switch, or the toggle switch and then the switch, WITHIUT the key, i have the alarm with the keyless entry so everytime i got off my car id double lock my doors and alarm would be in place, thats good enough for me
