i have a 94 318. i bought the car about 5 months ago and put about 5000miles on it. with low rpms its sputters and loses most of the power. but when you hit about 3 grand itll gain power back and stop sputtering. but not all stops. also it only does it when you reach runnin temp. it wont do it when its cold. some people have told me maybe injectors or fuel filter. so tell me what you think about it... thamks for any help

Sounds like a vacuum leak.....maybe where ever the leak is when its cold it does not leak much....after it warms to operating temp. it expands and leaks...
Area's to check.....MAF sensor boot (intake boot), you can do a visual around the boot, they are prone to dry rot & crack....Intake manifold area, this area you can spray some ether fluid (starter fluid).....I would start there...
