Engine swap

I have 92 325is and have found a wrecked 95 M3. Is the engine & ecu swap good enough or what are the advantages if any to swap the rest of the power train engine back to rear end?

the only advantage would be having the appriopriate gears for the m3. with the 2.5s gearing mated to a 3.0, it would actually accelerate faster than a stock m3, but would have a lower top speed. Personally, I wouldnt swap the rest.

so can the swap be done just by having the 95m3 block/head and just the CPU....leaving the stock 352is drive axles and using the 325is tranny?
