Sometime ago I posted all these codes somewhere on this forum; for now this is what your codes mean:
P1421= Secondary Air Injector Valve Circuit Short
P1423= Secondary Air Injector System, Bank1 Flow Too Low (same as Bmw-specific code 245)
For a future reference:
These codes when have a "P" denotes to Powertrain
Second digit= Additional Emission System
3rd/4th= Additional Emission Control
At this point I would take it to a mechanic for further tests/fixes.
