I just bought a 95 325is and the passenger side seat adjuster is broken. The nob that will make the seat move back and forward works but the one that makes the seat slide closer or further from the dash doesnt work. any suggestions?

I have the exact same problem. I'm thinkin I need to just get the switch replaced.

Yeah mines the same but different, it'll move back and forth toward the dash, but the backrest will not recline, it's stuck in a lowrider position. And my driver's side seat's handle to fold it up broke off so if i have passengers in the back, they have to enter/exit from the passenger side always. grrrr...

Mine were the same way when I first got it. I took it to the dealer for some work where the mechanic needed to disconnect the battery, after he was done the seats worked. He thought that the seats might have needed to be reset. Anyway, they've worked ever since.
