| Hi all, Does anyone have any ideas.....I have a 1994 (m) 318 cabriolet and whilst installing some speakers I pulled on a lever which sits under the rear seats and now believe that it was to cut the power to the electric roof and enables me to use it manually. When i tried the electrics they didnt work and didnt even switch on. I put the lever back into place and now I hear the motor trying to work but there is no movement. The only thing that happens is the windows go down as normal. Also the boot doesnt open anymore! argh!!!
I am apprehensive about taking it to a bmw garage as they will charge the earth no matter the problem.
Does anyone know how to solve this and is it a minor problem? |
