E36 SUSPENSION

Greetings!

It's time I replace the suspension on my 1995 325i (shocks/struts) and I'm wondering which are the best bang for the buck and wheres the best place to get them? I'm gonna do it myself and would like to spend as little as possible.

bilstein. They may cost more, but they have a lifetime warranty on them and really are the only brand to consider. Bavauto, BMPD, and mnay other parts stores carry them.

i had H&R springs with bilsteins before, nice nice ride, I ended up buying the PCS coilover kit from H&R and it rides super smooth and handles excelent.. Regular lowering springs and bilsteins are great if you just plan to drive on the street, but I really love taking the twisty roads here fast and hoping to take my car to the local road course for open track day this summer...
