E36 Smog Failure for Visual Inspection - Cali

So I have this 1994 BMW 325is that I bought from the auction with a wide body kit installed. Very clean awesome ride.

Heres the other issue. It has a custom filler tube, and a suzuki billet gas cap that locks in place.

I was told I will immediately fail smog since they cannot do the Evap test on it. I live in California. Have no idea what to do!

the door is modded, and the filler tube is welded to extend out since its got a wide body conversion, i was told the evap equipment wont fit on the tube.
